As a courtesy to our team of talented artists, we ask that you kindly notify our team of any cancellations 48 hours in advance to help those who are on our waiting lists to receive the services at the time you may be scheduled for. Karma is good and will always come back to you! Not only will you have given your artist an opportunity to schedule in another appointment, you also allowed someone patiently waiting on our appointment list to be able to snag your spot. Thank you for your kindness!
We are located at the east end of the Galleria, near Starbucks and across from Cov. The East End parking ramp is located conveniently right behind Tonic and next to the Westin. Valet parking is also available.
Absolutely! We offer gift cards which are good for services and/or retail items at Tonic. Ask your You can purchase online or at our shop.
No, unfortunately based on Edina liquor laws, we are unable to supply alcohol to our patrons.
We do have some amazing restaurants near us if you want to grab a drink before your service!

Yes! We will do our best to accommodate your visit during any time that we are open. However, to ensure we can meet your needs, we do recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment when you can. Please call 952-224-0059.
Yes, upon request we can accommodate off-site visits. We request you to please give us a two-day notice.
Yes! To ensure you and your stylist have the best fit possible, we recommend providing as much information about your hair as possible during your initial phone or online conversation with a concierge member.

We prevent this by providing guests with a Zuka protector upon each visit.
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services and products.
If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment service. Any issues reported longer than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Product purchased will be given store credit if opened and minimally used. Product returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.
We accept cash, credit, and checks. Unfortunately, we do not have Apple or Google Pay at this time. Gift cards and points are also acceptable forms of payment!
Points are a system we use to reward our guest’s loyalty. You are automatically enrolled as soon as we enter your name into our system. Guests earn 2 points for every dollar spent, 1,000 points with each purchase of a monthly product, and 2,000 points every time they prebook their next visit, and a whopping 20,000 points for referring a new guest to Tonic. Guests also earn 10,000 points right off the bat on their first visit.
Points can be redeemed for services and/or retail perks. See our promotions page for details on point earning and redemption.If you do not use the points right away, that’s okay, they never go away!

We do not sell or share your personal information to 3rd party companies. Your information is used for our confirmations, guest communications and promotions for our newsletters and events.
Services FAQ
As a courtesy to our guests, for our Manzilian and Manzini appointments will be provided a modesty towel for the comfort and care of our guests. During these services, you may be asked to assist in holding positions for best hair removal results. We understand arousal can happen during these appointments and it can sometimes help with our process for the skin to be taught for effective hair removal. However, if our professional provider believes the appointment is for anything other than hair removal, the appointment will immediately end.
Our professionally trained staff will create a quick, non-permanent coloring service that defines, fills and enhances a natural hair line.
You will experience your services in both Tonic Barber and Lili Salon Spa. Our conjoining businesses make for an easy transition between hair and spa services.
